Xiaoyu began her career as a Software Engineer (Machine Learning) through Infosys at Apple, where she gained valuable experience in developing machine learning models and algorithms for various Apple products. She then moved on to work as a Data Scientist at Package Insight, LLC, where she developed a mechanism that allowed for automated data processing, report generation, and project archival using Python. Xiaoyu's experience in both software engineering and data science has given her a unique perspective on how to approach complex problems and find innovative solutions. Xiaoyu's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Health Monitoring from Clemson University, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
